Fungus inside chili peppers? - dried chili peppers

What is the white fungus on the lookout for growth in my dried peppers? The skin is dry and brittle now, and good for the sauce?

Do not force open the pepper with a small pin or paper clip again and again before drying? When the fungal growth in powder or fuzzy search. I do not use it. It does not hurt, but there's a strange taste in the sauce and other foods used
